How do I track my order?
Open the Ohay app and go to "My Orders" section. Tap on your active order to see real-time tracking information, including your delivery person's location and estimated arrival time.

How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address or phone number. You'll receive a reset link or code to create a new password. You can also reset it through your account settings if you're already logged in.

What should I do if I was overcharged?
Contact our support team immediately with your order number and details about the charge. We'll investigate the issue and process a refund if an error occurred. Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

How do I change my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address in two ways: 1) Go to "Account Settings" → "Saved Addresses" to manage your addresses, or 2) Change the address during checkout before placing your order.
